Grant was so helpful and knowledgeable both via email and f2f in their showroom. He was so patient to me. They went above and beyond in their customer care. It’s down now and we love it so much. Photos to come! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I purchased the wood for my entire flat from Kevin Keane at The Natural Wood Floor Co. I was delighted with the product.
Unfortunately, my contractor did not protect the new floor and caused serious damages and stains.
Kevin was not responsible for the damage in anyway, but still he was extremely kind and spent lots of his own time looking for someone reliable and capable to save my floors.
Unfortunately, I was surrounded by people that did not act professionally and did not take responsibility for their work. The Natural Wood Floor Co, and Kevin in particular were the real exception.
Overall very professional in advising and selling their products, and committed to ensure their clients are satisfied with their flooring.
I am a very happy and grateful client.

If you need a beautiful and high quality wood floor, at a competitive price, with friendly and knowledgeable advice to help you make the best informed choice, save yourself time, and just go there. We went to a lot (A LOT!) of places in search for that elusive ideal choice; the Natural Wood Floor Company were the best for us, and we are honestly delighted with our end result. I give a special award to Grant, who patiently listened, understood, and gave the best advice on how to correct my (originally rather poor) method to buff my new floor. Grant: everyone who sees our floor for the first time comments on how nice it looks, and a lot of that is thanks to you.

What a fab company to deal with. I ordered a kitchen island from them, the process was seamless. They have a great sales dept for any queries who are happy to help with any question. The product delivery was arranged on a day which suited me.
The product it’s self is a quality piece, a straightforward build and is fantastic addition to my kitchen diner.
I’d highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing and outstanding service by The Natural Wood Floor Co.! We came across this company by chance as they were delivering some floors in our area and we saw their van - decided to reach out to them as we were looking to have our floors done.
We couldn't be happier to have done that - from start to finish, this company has been incredibly professional, staff are very knowledgeable on their products and were able to assist us every step of the process.
They are quick at answering, and can be easily reached over an email or on the phone. We had so so many questions and even after the sale, they went out of their way to answer in detail, make suggestions and offer solutions. Even beyond that, when we were left with unopened boxes of flooring due to over order, they did not hesitate to take back and even recommended we did, honestly letting us know that we could easily buy again some of the same flooring in future should we needed to for any reason.
Their floors are absolutely stunning and brilliant quality, we really could not be happier with the result!

The house we bought more than 10 years ago had solid wood flooring that we were told came from this company - and when we did some early renovations and wanted to match the floor - they had records that showed what we needed, and helpfully advised what to buy. Several years later we fixed up another floor, went back, and they recommended moving to engineered oak wood floors - and they look fantastic. Now in 2021/2 - yet more renovations and guess what, called them up, they again matched the floor and even held back a delivery when we had some building delays. In a climate of seemingly hostile sellers with rising prises, it's been such a refreshing experience to call/email them, get solid advice and helpfulness beyond words. I can't recommend them enough!

The product I bought (oak parquet) is fabulous. It went down nicely and looks stunning, bringing warmth to the room. It’s hard wearing and perfect for my chaotic family set up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Also, the customer service I received at their showroom was spot on.

Natural Wood Floor Company is the best in the business. Choosing the right type of wood is unfamiliar territory for most people. Anyone who works at Natural Wood Floor Company can advise on the best product within your budget. They work very hard to make sure you get a great looking product. Their wood is outstanding. They give great advise, they are service oriented - the product gets to your house on time plus they refund any unopened packets of wood you do not use. Their workshop is inviting and holds your interest. It is worth a visit for the atmosphere and education.

We were due to have some flooring delivered today & the supplier let us down the day before. In a panic I called Kevin at the Natural Wood Floor Co at 8am this morning. I described the type of floor that I was looking for & he confirmed that the 2 floors that I would be interested in were in stock & could be delivered today. I visited the showroom & was totally spoilt for choice with the selection of flooring. I placed my order there & then & I am now waiting for my delivery. I cannot say how amazing the service I received was. A massive thank you to Kevin who helped getting everything organised so quickly.

I ordered a kitchen island from The natural wood flooring co. The kitchen island is from IKEA but If you compare the price between them, this company is cheaper for the like for like. However, this company can put a much thicker top on it. This is what I ordered, it cost less than the IKEA island but it equalled out to the same price as IKEA after delivery cost, but I have got a far superior kitchen island. It is beautiful with the new wooden top. I am very pleased with my purchase and the whole family love it. I ordered on a Friday and got it delivered on the Monday. The unit comes in parts but is very easy to build. We bought some bar stools to suit, it is fantastic. I guarantee this review is true and accurate.

I bought Oak Ebony oiled 160x20mm timber for a new floor. It is beautiful and well-priced; I could not find such good quality timber for the same price point anywhere else in the SE. All the staff I dealt with (including the delivery drivers) were extremely helpful and informative: they really care about the product they are selling. Importantly, TNWFC also has a strong environmental ethos. I can't praise them enough!

This is the second time that I have bought wood flooring from the Natural Wood Flooring Company. I remembered how good their product and service was 20 years ago and it remains just as good, even better than I can recall. They provided excellent advice in our selection of different products for different floors of the house, in the approach to the installation and and in recommending various fitters. The products themselves were fabulous, both the oak boards and particularly the band-sawn parquet which is especially beautiful. They are very competitively priced as well. Kevin and Grant were very helpful also in the level of service, holding the products until the builders were ready for it, then delivering it quickly and ensuring that we had all the ancillary products to complete the job, from the stain and oil to the stair nosing. I thoroughly recommend them and their products.

I really enjoyed the customer service on the phone and in person. They really do know their stuff and the great thing is they have stock which is a major plus if you’re looking for quality wooden products in a rush. Affordable pricing options, great range and their premise was convenient to get to. Well done! Outstanding. Highlights include delivering on time despite Europe wide lorry queues, neatly solving my 'steps are wider than the longest plank' problem and remembering exactly what I'd ordered several months later as soon as I walked in. Buying their floor it is the best investment in your property. We bought our fabulous engineered oak parquet; six months later, we couldn't be happier with our choice. It is absolutely stunning! The service is excellent and the quality of the product is the best you can find on the market. We visited their warehouse at least 4 times and every time we were welcomed and got their full attention (and our dogs too). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top quality wooden flooring.

We purchased an engineered oak floor for our property over 3 years ago and it looks exactly the same as the day it was laid. Its hard to find companies in this day and age whom really understand and know their products. The front of house guys are very knowledgeable, affable and efficacious.
We would, and have recommend to anyone requiring wooden floors, this is the only place to go.
