I contacted MLT plumbing and heating about a couple of small jobs that needed to be done before some building work could commence. Mitch contacted me later that day, and an appointment was made for two days later.
Mitch turned up on time, and was able to do the first job there and then. He emailed me later with a quote for the other job which we arranged to do at the end of the week. Thank you for completing the jobs so promptly.
I will be asking him for any more plumbing jobs that need to be done in the future!

As we were remodeling and carrying out renovations to our house, we had no reason not to choose MLT plumbing. As Mitch had fitted and serviced our previous combi boiler. This time a full kitchen and bathroom renovation is now underway. For this we requested a system boiler to be fitted with a hot water tank. This would give us the maximum flow rate for the new dual head shower. As we wanted the boiler out of site, Mitch following a site visit suggested the attic as it is pretty big. Delighted with the choice we took the recommendation of a horizontal tank and a system boiler with 12 Yr guarantee on boiler and 10yr on the stainless tank fully insulated. The quoted price was very reasonable compared to the likes of British gas, especially as all the central heating pipes, gas and hot and cold had to be run into the attic as well as back down to meet the existing. As you can see in the photographs he has put on the site, a very neat job. The flow rate of the new system is better than expected with plenty of boiling hot water for a relaxing shower. Clean, tidy and a genuinely nice guy. Would recommend MLT for any plumbing requirements. Thank you.

Mitch installed a new Ideal boiler for us around 9 months ago, having had an issue with a radiator this year I emailed him for advice and within 2 days he was here to help.

My old boiler had broken down again and finally had to be replaced, Mitch came out very quickly to take a look and provided a quote. He came back to replace the boiler within a couple of days. He was very polite, turned up exactly when he said he would and did a very tidy job at a reasonable price. Good tradesman are hard to find so if your looking for a Plumber/Gas engineer then dont hesitate to give Mitch a call, he wont let you down.

Having contact MLT Plumbing and Heating regarding a boiler service and repair of a leaking bathroom tap, Mitchell Thomas came round as promised and carried out the necessary work in a professional manner and provided full information when requested. His work was excellent and carried out in a very efficient manner. The price for the work was very reasonable and I was very impressed. It was a pleasure to a) have a plumber who turns up and b) one who carries out work in such a fast, but thorough manner. So it's 5 stars all round !. Definitely be recommending him.

We needed an annual routine boiler service and after reading the fab reviews and having a quick look on the website I was more than happy to give MLT plumbing and heating a go. I emailed Mitch this morning to see if he would mind having a look at our boiler.
He responded quickly and could fit me in this afternoon.
He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Gave me the options of things that could be causing the fault so that I was informed and he kept me update throughout the process.
He popped away got the parts and came back and sorted the issue. Quickly, efficiently and he will not rip you off.
I will definately use Mitch again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone!

Mitch provided a speedy and clear quote (which he quickly adjusted when I messed him around!) and was able to meet my requested start date with no problems. The installation of my new boiler (and other minor jobs) was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess. He explained everything he was doing as the job progressed and when it turned out there was a minor (manufacturer's) problem with the boiler he was proactive in arranging an engineer to attend and provided ongoing assistance throughout that appointment as well. All around he was a pleasure to deal with and I can thoroughly recommend him to any potential customers.
