House Rewiring
We offer professional rewiring for properties requiring safer, more suitable electrical systems. Signs that an installation may need attention include flickering lights, repeated tripping, burning smells, warm or discoloured sockets and a lack of RCD protection. An EICR can establish whether full or partial work is appropriate. Full rewiring starts from 4,500, subject to a site survey and property conditions.
Outdoor & Security Lighting
We provide tailored lighting for patios, decking and driveways, recognising that each area requires a different approach. Decking can benefit from recessed or low-glare fittings, while driveways may use bollards or ground-level units. Patio lighting can combine ambient and task illumination. All outdoor installations are circuit-protected and completed in accordance with current wiring regulations.
Electrical Fault Finding
When an electrical fault occurs, we investigate the cause carefully instead of relying on guesswork or temporary fixes. We inspect accessible wiring and the consumer unit before carrying out relevant electrical tests to pinpoint the problem. After identifying the cause, we undertake the repair, verify the circuit through further testing and issue supporting documentation.
Domestic Electrician

Consumer Unit Upgrades
Our service covers the replacement of old-style fuse boards with contemporary consumer units equipped with RCD and RCBO protection. Individual circuit protection helps reduce nuisance tripping, while an SPD helps protect appliances from power spikes. We complete full circuit testing and provide certification, with standard domestic upgrades beginning at 600 and normally taking four to six hours.

I asked Mark to upgrade the existing out of date fuse board and to trace and rectify a fault in the kitchen circuit which was repeatedly tripping out. He turned up absolutely on time (on a Saturday) very efficiently replaced the board and tidied up the previous unsightly wiring arrangement. He was most professional and informative and gave excellent advice regarding the temperamental failed circuit - which he was then able to rectify permanently quite swiftly on a second visit Monday morning. He will be my first port of call for any future electrical work required.Thoroughly recommended.

At 6.15pm on Saturday, I realised I had lost power in my ring main. I went onto my Check- a-trade app and rang several electricians to see if they did emergency call-outs. The first 4 went to message but Mark took the call, agreed to come out and arrived only 30 minutes after my call at 6.30pm having driven from Horley to Haywards Heath. He quickly identified the area of the fault and established it was our washing machine which, whilst plugged in, was not being used. After removing the plug from the socket, power was restored. First rate service all round and highly recommended.

Mark provided an amazing Service and came out within 2 hours of my initial call. He was very fair and honest in that he offered time to walk through self help trouble shooting steps over the phone to eliminate issues that I might have been able to find myself. Upon diagnosing the issue he worked very swiftly to resolve it and left the area clean and tidy and charged a price which was more than fair. I'm highly impressed with his service and will be calling again if in need of any further electrical work.

Mark was fantastic, had a full distribution board bord replacement. Responsive with communication, came to have a look before quotation noticed a earth connection was bad sorted it there and then.
