Starting with the booking process, Ubaid is respectful. They respond quickly and give you a formal written quote and only once you're happy then the job gets booked. This matched the payment at the end.
Ansar came on time, in uniform and completed the job of fitting a new toilet and replacing taps around the house.
He worked in a clean manner and even cleaned rust and grime, everything was put back in the original place and Ansar explained things carefully. I felt as though Ansar respected my home and for that reason I've already booked them in for a second job with a third in mind.
Thank you for undoing the trauma I've had with other plumbers in the area.
Edit: Ansar came back and did a second job of installing bidets in our toilets (not the easiest job because our systems are concealed) and once again did a great job. Timely, clean, thorough and explained everything. Thank you.

We needed to replace our boiler and got a few quotes. MPS got back to us very quickly (by the next day) to arrange an appointment, and their quote was the most competitive.
Ansar was really patient in explaining everything and took the time to answer all our questions. On the day of installation, the team were professional and respectful of our home. They made sure to keep everything clean and left the place spotless.

Ansar certainly knows his stuff. He was meticulous in his approach to dealing with a problem I had with my Worcester Bosch boiler and he even threw down a gauntlet to complete all the work within a specified time which he did all whilst balancing on his knees for the majority of the job (see attached pic). And, he even managed to sort out a service as well! For any future plumbing solutions I won't hesitate to give Ansar and his MPS crew a call.

Ansair installed a new toilet and radiators for us, as well as carrying out some servicing on the heating system. We were very impressed with his work. He paid close attention to detail and really understood what we wanted, both with the installation and the finishing touches. Ansar installed a new boiler in my flat today and was fantastic from start to finish. He was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. He even went the extra mile to fix an issue I was having with my radiators generating different levels of heat. We had our boiler and cooker feed reconnected to a new gas meter which had been moved and some water pipes which needed redoing to make boxing-in more seamless. Very happy with the result. We found Ansar on Trust a trader website amd ever since he has been a great help in solving our boiler, shower and heating issues. He is prompt, reliable, resourceful and patient. Our shower unit completely packed up and he was able to assess very quickly that it needed replacing and also found where we could buy the new product.
