My 87 year old mothers heating failed in the week before Christmas. Despite having a British Gas Homecare policy, British Gas refused to repair her Boiler on the grounds it was too old even though they had serviced it and would only give a quote for its replacement. My mother is medically vulnerable and we could not leave her without heat or hot water. I contacted Tom and the Vision Heating Team. Incredible service, they attended same day and got the boiler going. They did point out that it was old and getting parts would become increasingly difficult. Not wanting to risk future breakdowns I asked them to quote for a new system. They did this within 24 hours and supplied plans and photos so the freehold company could approve. Despite being busy they answered questions quickly and we got approval immediately. Their quote was cheaper than BG for like for like boilers. Also Vision arranged their schedule and promised to have the new system installed before Christmas. It was all completed and set up for Mum as promised before Christmas. Absolutely amazing people, nothing was too much trouble and they demonstrated customer service was at the forefront of their business model. Cannot thank them enough for keeping to all their timings and going beyond expectations. If you need any boiler repairs or a new system dont look any further these people are fantastic.

Tom has just helped with the plumbing side of our bathroom refit. He is easy to communicate with, came when he said he would, and is a pleasant and easy person to have working in the house. His work is neat and tidy with no mess left and quality of work is very good. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend him if you require a plumber

Cant thank Tom enough. I called on Saturday morning because my boiler had completely given up on life, he came straight round, diagnosed the issue, picked up the necessary parts on Monday and by Tuesday all is fixed and Im warm again.

After having been told we probably needed a new boiler by another company, we asked Tom initially to quote for a new one. When he came out to us, he quickly diagnosed the fault with the boiler. (It wasn't very old). He obtained the replacement part, fitted it , checked everything and also fitted a Hive system at our request. He is reliable, very competent and knowledgeable.
We recommend him without any hesitation.

Tom and John did an amazing job, replacing two boilers in adjacent houses in a single day. They arrived on time, were very friendly and polite, and left the houses clean and tidy once the work was finished. All for a very reasonable price too!

I called Tom after already placing an order for a new boiler from a well known company. I asked if it was possible to repair our old boiler until our new boiler could be fitted, a week until boiler could be replaced by other company. Having a 6 month old baby, needed a replacement as soon as possible, Old boiler unfixable, I said to Tom if they could replace boiler before the date of the other company, I would cancel the order and use Vision, Tom immediately quoted for a better boiler than I originally ordered, and replaced the next day.. absolutely fantastic service, professional , and would highly recommend, good honest companies are hard to find these days. Will use again for other projects

Tom was brilliant and very responsive after I called him in desperate need after discovering we had no running water. He came out to us straight away and discovered our pipes had frozen over in the cold weather. Tom fixed the issue and gave advice to prevent the same issue reoccurring in the future. Our boiler broke during the recent cold snap. Tom came out to assess the problem, that day. He managed to temporarily fix our very old boiler and was able to come and replace it a few days later. Every option available to us was explained fully and we are so grateful to have a new, working boiler installed before Christmas. Tom is extremely reliable and professional. He is very responsive to any questions and queries and we can't recommend him highly enough.

Great service, no fault whatsoever. Called to check a leak and came on the same day to investigate. Ordered some parts and did the maintenance check in next couple of days. Tom explain everything he did, now we are going to use Tom annually for our boiler. Thank you.

Tom was very responsive, friendly, and professional. He explained what was wrong with the boiler, and got it working again temporarily before coming back to permanently fix it and service the boiler.
