Peter helped us when we got locked out of our house. The lock barrel failed in our front door, and he gained us access, replaced the lock and sorted us 3 keys. Im extremely pleased. Door handle completely went on me and needed a lock smith last minute. I called this number as it was the first on the net that came up and was pleased with the quote I was given and the fact he was able to be at my home within an hour. Turned up, not even half an hour later and fixed all the problems with my door which was fixed 6 months back by two dodgy guys that took a lot of money off of us for a rubbish job and didnt make me feel safe at all.
Me and the family really enjoy the comfortable Matt door handle fitted and the ease of opening and shut the door now! Extremely friendly calm guy, didnt have my husband around but still felt extremely safe. Will definitely be recommending to all. Really good locksmith who is honest and respects his job!

Peter was excellent with sorting the new locks. Very responsive, clear competitve pricing, turned up at the agreed time twice. He quickly fitting the new locks than sort out lock noice of the door as expected. The locks he fitted were of the highest standard. Peter is nice bloke and I fully recommend him to anyone.

We called Peter out for emergency job for issues with a double glazed back door, he mentioned he would be 15/20 minutes. Very prompt service, he arrived within the stated time frame, he explained that the door had dropped and that was causing the issue. We also asked him if he could also change the handle which he was able to do. He also informed us if the price before starting any work along with the payment options. He was very polite and efficient and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and would use Peter again in the future if needed.

Peter was really friendly and calming (essential when dealing with neurodivergent people). He gave sound advice, including the need to not change one of the locks saving us money. So good have booked him to change all of the locks in our new house.

I'd highly recommend Peter. His communication via text before the appointment was great and he kept me updated on his arrival time after being delayed due to an emergency.
I had a front uPVC door that wasn't closing properly that has been annoying us for quite a while. Peter tried a few different adjustments first to find the root of the problem, eventually identifying some warping in the frame. He was clear at every step of the process, explaining what he was doing and why, and managed to get it realigned despite the frame issue. The door now closes better than it did when we first moved in over 15 years ago!
He was upfront about the cost from the start and the payment was easy as he takes card. It was a professional, straightforward service and Id certainly use him again and recommend him to my friends.

I could not possibly overstate how brilliant Peter was - my partner and I arrived home from London, around 11pm on a Friday night, to realise we didn't have our keys and they were in London.
Frantically called around locksmiths trying to get somebody, anybody, to come out. Peter answered, and I'm thankful he did, he arrived so promptly, he was there in about 20 minutes, ready to help.
Peter is one of the kindest, softest spoken and genuine people I've met. He explained all options in a calm manner, and what each would entail allowing us to make an informed decision, we discussed and in the next minute we were stood in our kitchen.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter for anything and all things related to locks! More than happy to use his services again in the future, but hopefully never for forgotten keys again!

Peter attended within 30 mins of my calling. He repaired my door quickly and also sorted a window that I remembered about whilst he was there. He then found time to do a couple of repairs at my parents' home. He was knowledgeable, polite and nothing was too much trouble. He also didn't charge the earth and only went ahead with each job after he fully explained what was needed- with no obligation to continue. 10/10 service, would highly recommend.
