Our service is centred on designing and fitting solar panel systems to suit homes, farms and small businesses, with 3 to 4kWp installations priced from 7,000. Customers first receive a free roof survey before a fixed written quotation is prepared. For most homes, installation takes one to two days, and systems can incorporate battery storage for additional energy capacity.
Our commercial electrician service is designed for offices, shops, hospitality premises, warehouses and industrial units. We handle installations, refurbishments, distribution boards, three phase supplies, lighting, emergency lighting and testing. Planned maintenance, workplace EV charging, PAT testing and repairs are included within our services. We establish the requirements during a free survey before providing a fixed price in writing.
Electrical installations, maintenance and certification are provided for residential, rented, agricultural and small commercial properties. We handle EICRs, electrical repairs, fault finding, consumer unit upgrades, rewiring, EV charger installations, solar panels, batteries and supplies to outbuildings. Smaller tasks are priced by the hour, whereas projects suitable for advance assessment are given a fixed written quotation following a free survey.
We inspect and test fixed electrical installations in Aberdeenshire homes, rented properties, HMOs, holiday accommodation, farmhouses and steadings. An Electrical Installation Condition Report is then issued to meet relevant tenancy, licence, buyer or insurer requirements. Our pricing is based on boards and circuits, including additional charges where applicable, and appointments are generally available within 5 to 10 working days.
We offer comprehensive electrical inspections and maintenance to help preserve the condition and efficiency of your systems. Regular assessments enable us to identify minor faults, safety hazards and outdated components before they require extensive attention. Our work includes testing electrical loads, checking insulation, tightening connections, cleaning components and providing upgrades suited to specific maintenance requirements.
Our rewiring service covers complete and partial electrical rewires for residential properties. We remove outdated cabling, install new circuits and accessories, provide a new consumer unit for full rewires, and check the main protective bonding. Every circuit is tested before completion, with the results recorded on an Electrical Installation Certificate to BS 7671:2018+A4:2026.
We carry out fuse box upgrades for homes, farmhouses and rental properties, including older and rural installations. A typical consumer unit replacement costs from 550 + VAT, while larger or more involved boards are guided up to 950 + VAT. Where required, we check the earthing arrangement and other boards before setting the price. After fitting, we test every circuit and issue an Electrical Installation Certificate.
We offer comprehensive outdoor lighting solutions that improve both the appearance and usability of exterior environments. Landscape lighting brings gardens, trees and shrubs to life, while accent and spot lighting creates greater depth around selected features. Durable pathway and driveway lighting supports safe movement and adds elegance. Our professional installation also covers efficient security, commercial, industrial and emergency lighting requirements.
We install 7.4kW smart EV chargers at homes, farms and holiday lets across Aberdeenshire, with prices starting from 900 + VAT. Our service includes up to 15 metres of cable and accommodates longer routes to detached garages and outbuildings. Every installation begins with a free survey covering earthing, supply and cable routing. Standard installations are usually booked within 5 to 10 working days.

Made a really nice job of my charger install and consumer unit upgrade. During the EICR testing they discovered breaks in both socket rings caused by a faulty cable and an old (live) socket box that someone had plastered over. Wouldn't have had a clue about these dangerous faults otherwise. Recommended - would definitely use them again.

Excellent and very helpful. Had my kitchen and consumer unit rewired. Due to working away it had to be done in various stages as I was doing all the non electrical work myself. Steve Ewan and Lewis had a number of visits and they were all very professional and I have honestly never seen such neat and tidy wiring. Excellent local company and highly recommended

We contacted Faithful Spark Electricians to look at a redundant cable initially, left a voicemail and received a call back almost immediately. Arranged a day and time and Stephen turned up exactly as scheduled. From that initial meeting we were impressed with the work and professionalism, the job turned into a fan installation including coring work which Stephen organised and again impressed us with constant communication and turning up again as arranged. We would have no hesitation recommending Faithful Spark and will definitely use their services again.

Faithful Spark Electricians went above and beyond to carry out a couple electrical jobs, 1 inside and 1 outside of my house. He was such a nice guy, very concerned about making sure my house was tidied up after his jobs which was lovely. He went out of his way to make sure a good job was done too. The aftercare has been fantastic and the work carried out was very quick and great value. Will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend.
