Mandatory electrical safety certificates for rental properties, including periodic inspections and portable appliance testing. We ensure compliance with Housing Act regulations through thorough installation and equipment checks.

Design and installation of security lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. Solutions include motion-activated floodlights, perimeter illumination, and integrated systems compatible with existing security measures.
