We have been operating in the local area since 1986 and have long standing experienced staff covering a wide range of electrical installation work, maintenance, inspection and testing, and we work for industrial, local authority, commercial and domestic customers. GS Adams was set up by Grenville Adams in 1987. Grenville trained as an electrician when he left school, and set up the business with himself and one apprentice, Nigel. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength. We moved to our current offices in Studley in 1996 and became a limited company in 1997. In 2013 Grenville passed over the reins to Nigel Smith who is now the Managing Director and with the Operations Director Darren Gisbourne another former apprentice, employ a team of full time qualified electricians and apprentices.

We have vast amounts of experience in undertaking industrial works, whether it is small or large scale installation work, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs. We have a number of industrial clients who call on us regularly for this type of work. We also under take electrical inspection & testing, maintain & install emergency lighting and fire alarms systems. We understand that your industrial processes are important and are more than happy to go through any projects you have in mind to provide your business with satisfactory solutions.
