Really top customer service, took time to go through options with me & my wife and was always willing to go the extra mile!

You used your knowledge and experience to understand what we wanted, and in following your advice the outcome exceeds expectations, it has not only transformed the bathroom but actually "works" really well in terms of the rest of the house.
Your workmanship was excellent, you were patient with us - even to the extent of sending us a few photos of how the work was progressing when we were away! You were really tidy, excellent at your work and always good humoured - even tletting our over indulged dog work as your apprentice.
