Ordered new bathroom Julie 24 over £6000 We where asked by the owner do you have a fitter or one of ours we opted for there fitter. we were told to pay for the bathroom to them & pay chris when he has fitted the bathroom.
Chris came in November his cost was £4900.00 to fit in .on his first day he asked for £1000 for bits .2days later £2000 after specking to the son of shop he said he can vouch for him total cost to have it fitted £6200.00.When it was finished looked lovely .how ever 3 weeks later dripping loo loose tiles on the floor took him from November till April to come & look went not seen him again.
we have repeatedly been back on to the shop eventually eventually sent out another fitter who confirmed it was a mess floor & loo had to come up all wrong floor had been put down.He can only when we are away.Now the shop has refused to help .we now will go legal.local business my self we let my customers of our experience
Fabulous design I love my bathroom and the after care was brilliant when my fitters made a mistake Waterloo came and corrected it promptly It's perfect now
