Transforming a 100 year old floor inside an old Spinning Mill in Manchester built in 1923, this building was derelict for decades as well. The fact this floor was left to rot, covered in 100 years of oil dirt and grease but after 9 hours solid sanding and a couple of coats of oil it looks absolutely incredible.
This was a water damaged floor in bishops Stortford. I had to do some repairs. Forgot to take before pictures. Anyway looks nice with a Matt finish. Another happy customer.
