Safeheat Torbay

Safeheat Torbay was established back in 1975 as a Domestic Central Heating company, specialising in the Installation, Maintenance and Service of Domestice Gas Central Heating, covering the South Devon area. One of Safeheat Torbays major clients was Torbay Council. In 2001, Safeheat Torbay was bought our by the current Managing Director, Mr Tony Brimble. Since that time, Safeheat Torbay (Ltd) has expanded into working in partnership with many of the local Housing Associations, covering the entire South West.

Renewable energy installations are becoming increasingly widespread and a key part of this is down to Air Source Heat Pump systems - which aren't as complex and expensive as they sound. Safeheat ran the service and breakdown housing stock for Torbay Borough Council for 15 years. We continued to do so when Riviera Housing Trust undertook the Councils 3000 houses until they were able to put into place their own in house gas engineers. We still continue to run the out of hours calls and assist them in annual safety checks and response work as and when required. We have just entered into a partnership agreement with RHT and have gained principal contractor status on their boiler and heating replacement programme.
