Established by Tim Hughes in Lostwithiel in 2005, Restormel Property Services is a full handyman and property maintenance business for your home, rental property or business. We specialise in smaller jobs and work as the local representative for national contractors. We have extensive experience and enjoy doing all of those tasks around the house, business or office that either get put off, or are too small to be of interest to other tradesmen. We are innovative, resourceful, and well connected and use these skills to ensure that our services are tailored to your individual needs.

We specialise in smaller jobs and are equally as comfortable in quoting for a simple one off job as for a more comprehensive on going maintenance programme. We are experienced in working for property management firms and national contractors. We predominantly work in and around Mid and South Cornwall including Lostwithiel, Bodmin, Par, Tywardreath, St Austell and Fowey, but are happy to offer assistance anywhere.

We are able to help you with a number of services relating to your double or single glazed windows, or doors.
