Rosie Winston has pulled off a miracle: turning a small, dark two-up, two-down into a light-filled home that's almost double its original size. Rosie Winston bought a dilapidated cottage with dark rooms and low ceilings, then worked with her partner, architect Mark.

Founded by Rosie Winston in 1987, Clifton Interiors is one of London's preeminent interior design companies. With over three decades worth of experience in interior and architectural design, Rosie has a broad knowledge of different interior styles, delivering a diverse range of beautiful residential homes for Clifton's clients in London, the UK, and international destinations. From this vibrant village we work on projects near and far, big and small. Our design portfolio spans a broad range of style and function from contemporary London homes, historic country buildings with innovative architectural additions, to the creation of spaces for wellbeing and vacation.

Clifton interiors and Studio Mark Ruthven have collaborated for two decades to provide our clients with a broad range of experience in all aspects of residential architectural design. From the earliest stages of feasibility and planning, through the design of sustainable efficient buildings, and to the resolution of interior design and landscaping. Mark and Rosie bring a truly unique and holistic approach to the design of a project and provide joint design and management services, managing the design fully to its completion.
