This image is one of two reception rooms in our Georgian Grade II Listed, Country Estate project. Swipe to view the before! The brief for this family home was to be opulent but comfortable, and to dilute the period dark wood furniture that was absorbing the light, and somewhat 'heavy' in.
A glass top was the perfect choice for this dining table, where space was at a premium. Creating a light airy feel, whilst seating six comfortably - the intricate base visible through the glass!
Georgian Grade II Listed Country Estate Yes, we do do traditional properties too! This is an example of a superb Georgian property that required 'lightening up'. Dark wood furniture was replaced by antique mirror, chesterfield sofas, and chairs manufactured in bright contemporary fabrics. Huge.
