When Central England Co-Op needed a new modern format for our stores we engaged Fisch Design. We found the Fisch team to be both creative and practical in their approach, and they took time to understand our needs, researched the market and challenged all aspects of the normal food retail world. With a keen eye on budget they helped the CEC Property team deliver the first successful pilot, and continued to support us with value engineering solutions to make the format more scalable to facilitate a roll-out programme that was landed in 30 sites.
