Optimist Design offers staging and styling services to home owners, estate agents, developers and landlords to prepare properties for sale or rental. Home staging is designed to improve a home for a faster sale or let, whether this is occupied by current owners or a new show home. There are many aspects to the service available, from an initial consultation and written report (for home owners to act on), or a fully managed service including de-cluttering, engagement of trades people, rental or purchase of furniture and accessories, and a total hands-on styling solution.

Leigh Davies, founder and owner of Optimist Design has a lifelong passion for interiors, underpinned by formal training at the National Design Academy. The ethos of the business is to fully understand a client's lifestyle, needs and desires and to translate those in to a unique and personal home environment. At Optimist Design we are happy to work on projects of all sizes - from a single room to a whole home scheme.
