We recently ordered a frontage change to our existing Moores Kitchen and have been extremely impressed by the customer service we have received. We initially dealt with Tiggy and then also Clare at the showroom and they were both so helpful and really made us feel looked after. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The kitchen was delivered on time and the quality is excellent. We needed to request a couple of changes and these have been dealt with straight away with no problem. We would highly recommend Moores to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

I needed some spares for an old but very serviceable Moores kitchen. Clare in their Customer Support Team assisted me with a quote which although I did not choose to take up, was clear, well priced, and showed the limitations of what the age of my kitchen would be. Clare chased me up for a response, to ensure that my customer experience was optimal. Well done Moores and well Done Clare. Appreciated.

Fantastic experience with Moores - required extra units for a new build kitchen and Sam was great, ensuring that everything was a perfect match to what was previously installed and going back and forth with all options for the space that we had. There was a small amount of damage when the products arrived (from transit) and again Sam was amazing in making sure that replacements were sent out straight away. Great experience start to finish and a great looking final product.

Extremely poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend at all. My kitchen cupboard doors and drawer fronts are all going yellow and mis-coloured after just 3 years Moores don't want to know they fobbed me off. very poor warranty absolutely rubbish product and terrible customer service, said they could quote me for new ones 👎 you get better warranty from wickes/ b &q.

Kitchen doors are starting to blister and laminate coating coming off. Company response was that I could buy new doors as they’re only guaranteed for two years. Buy from a company who’s product is built to last is my advice.
