Excellent service. Keys stolen. Urgently needed new front door lock. Phil arrived within an hour- 20 mins early! Job done quickly and efficiently. Also needed new car keys. Phil Suggested Keys 4 Cars. Rang them. They arrived in less than an hour and Mark did the job in no time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend both.

Popped in to get a key cut. Phil was super helpful and even showed me the different designs you can have on the keys. He was chatty and friendly while I waited. Took less than 5 minutes for my key to be done. Definitely recommend! Will be going back to get more keys cut and will be recommending him to my family! Thank you both for you help

Absolute life savers, I visited the Cardiff store today to have a copy of my vans emergency key made, I’ve tried all the high street key cutting businesses and nobody could help. Mercedes we’re asking Crazy money for a key. The guys at PPM went above and beyond to select the right blank and cut it for me. It works perfectly. I would definitely recommend PPM Locksmiths and use their services again in future. Great service…great price too. Thanks guys.

Don’t under any circumstances purchase anything from their shop in Dominions arcade in Cardiff!! RIP off artist! Asked him for a secure lock for a locker and he recommended a 3 digit combination lock - and I informed me that it would cost £29.99. Thought it was a little expensive but he said it was a top lock. It was useless - wouldn’t fit properly or wouldn’t turn properly so took it back. (Checked on line and found out it retails at under £11.00!) Left it for an hour and when I went to pick it up he told me that I had damaged it. Not true! Tried fitting it again - still no good! Asked for refund and was told I couldn’t! Told me I couldn’t because I didn’t buy it online?? I then asked him about the price he charged me and he replied, and I quote, “WE CAN CHARGE WHAT EVER WE WANT”
