Ben quoted promptly for the job, arrived when he said he would and kept me advised throughout and carried out the work at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Ben was a very nice guy, extremely professional and courteous. He arrived on time as agreed, explained exactly what he was doing throughout the repair and made sure everything was 100% right before leaving. I'd recommend Complete Bathrooms and Tiles and will use them again. Ben called immediately and came round and priced the job before leaving and getting the necessary items.

As far as tradesman go... Ben from ‘Complete Bathrooms & Tiles’ is as good as I’ve ever met.
For not only doing a fantastic job at a very competitive price, but for the way in which he communicated throughout the process.
From his very prompt reply to my initial enquiry, offering an honest and professional opinion whenever we needed it, right through to keeping me updated at all stages of the work, Ben was somebody we trusted from the very start and somebody who justified that trust in delivering our bathroom to a standard way higher than we expected.
He bought into what we were looking for and guided us through the entire bathroom refit, providing support at all times based on what we were looking for.
Despite a couple of unforeseen difficulties, nothing proved too difficult and Ben made the job look easy.
