JoJacks specializes in the raising and leveling of concrete sidewalks, patios, pools etc. Through a small hole drilled into the concrete, a grout mix is injected under the slab. As the void fills, the pressure created lifts the slab back into position. All of this is achieved in a fraction of the time and cost it would take to replace the concrete. The type of slab JoJacks raises is referred to as "floating concrete" meaning the concrete moves with the ground. The ground can move as a result of freezing and thawing or can be caused by the amount of moisture present in the soil at different times of the year.
