Clarke Roofing Southern Ltd carry out all types of roof tiling including modern concrete plain and interlocking tiles, machine and handmade clay tiles as well as being specialists in clay peg and clay interlocking tiles. Clarke Roofing Southern Ltd are accredited installation contractors to all of the leading UK and European manufacturers.

Our teams also carry out maintenance free PVC fascia and guttering to domestic dwellings. We will advise and obtain all building regulation approval. Our company is vetted and has competent roofer status overseen by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. We have a dedicated small works team for repairs ranging from leaking gutters, broken and missing tile replacement, valley renewals and storm damage and much more. When buying a new property occasionally the surveyors report will raise issues with the roof covering.

Clarke Roofing is able to undertake a full-range of services including brickwork, carpentry, plastering, redecoration, window and door installation and stonework repairs as well as M & E services on a variety of projects. These range from private houses, barn conversions, cathedrals, schools, blocks of flats, new build, extensions, renovations and historic restoration heritage projects. Many of our clients now prefer this approach as they can see the benefits of dealing with one contractor rather than many different sub-contractors.

We also provide free training for school, college and building maintenance managers to provide them with a certificate of training for working at height and ladder access. As well as the above our company are Investors in People and we hold the ISO9001 and OHSAS18001 accreditations. All our workforce are fully trained in their respective disciplines. Our trainee slaters and tilers achieve NVQ levels of competence and receive further training under the supervision of foremen.

Clarke Roofing has vast experience working on a variety of commercial properties throughout the South East. These include framework contracts for Local Authorities working on schools, colleges, academies and Universities as well as other public buildings. We have also worked on hospitals for the NHS, private hospitals, car show rooms and other retail outlets/premises. Work has recently finished on a prestigious hotel on the Goodwood Estate just outside Chichester in West Sussex. We can advise and install rooflights, windows and doors with our FENSA approved fitters as well as arrange asbestos surveys.
