HD Sharman's Plygene Gutterline is the only BBA approved gutter lining system specifically engineered to restore and preserve gutter performance for industrial and commercial buildings. Providing a 25 year guaranteed, BBA approved, "gutter within a gutter" system, Plygene Gutterline offers a bespoke solution with minimal building disruption and is an effective alternative to full gutter replacement. Through ongoing product development, the system has been designed to meet the challenges of all commercial gutter environments, whatever their configuration and complexity.

Over cladding involves the existing roof or wall substrate (usually asbestos cement) to have another single skin laid and fixed on top with insulation laid between the existing and new sheet. This system offers a cost effective solution as the asbestos cement stays in-situ. This system suits clients who have a work area that cannot be disturbed due to production or similar problems. Composite panels are a 'pre-layered' roofing system which includes the lining, insulation and top sheet all in one panel.

Garage roofs are occasionally neglected and are typically only replaced once they're in a poor condition, this usually means that the structural timber or steel has been affected and requires replacement. We undertake works on many types of garages, whether they're pitched, flat, stand alone, terraced or part of a block. The present material could be felt, asbestos cement or metal etc and past its sell by date, no matter the garage type or material we will have a solution. Project sizes vary in cost however it works out cheaper to remedy many garages within a block/terrace than to only re-roof one, therefore we recommend clients who are seeking garage solutions that are part of a block or terrace liaise with their neighbours to restore them all together at the same time.

We are specialists in non-licensed asbestos removal we're also qualified to manage asbestos. All of our operatives are fully trained and certified, complying with all regulations which are meticulously adhered to and monitored. We will safely remove and dispose of your asbestos, as per HSE a14 guidance notes, we will ensure there is safe access for our operatives, restricted access to non trained individuals, protect nearby surfaces from contamination and contain the asbestos in 500 gauge polythene sheeting and duct tape.
