I used East Coast when we were building our own bungalow a few years ago, and we wanted air source heating. They were very good for advice, and helped us pick the correct system, which was a Daikin. They supplied and fitted the system, and were always very efficient. We have since used them for our regular servicing. The thing I particularly like about them is the fact that you deal with the people, and not just the Company, and we are on first name terms with all those that we deal with there. A pleasure to do business with.
