Usher Refrigeration Services Ltd is a family business established in 1984 by Edward Usher. Edward has now retired with over 40 years experience in refrigeration and still keeps in touch. Neil started his apprenticeship with a national company on leaving school at 16. He then went on to work at several large companies within the commercial refrigeration sector gaining valuable experience before joining Edward in 1990. Neils wife Alison followed in 1991 to undertake admin and service control and is normally the first point of contact to customers.
