Phoenix Retail Services is a privately owned Refrigeration Services Company established in 2000 by Mr Barun Guha, with our head officein rural Buckinghamshire, and our operations depot based in Swindon. The company was originally formed to supply refrigerated display counters to Safeway and Waitrose. However, the business soon diversified into installation, refurbishment and energy upgrades of display cabinets as part of a drive to reduce retailers operating costs. Today Phoenix offer a full turn key solution offering refrigeratedcabinets, counters, cold rooms, plant equipment, air conditioning and full installation.
We have an in house cabinet refurbishment team based at our Swindon depot who can refurbish cabinets at our premises, or within store. This enables Phoenix to increase the cabinet's lifecycle in the market place, and reduce the environmental impact of disposals. Alongside this service we also sell second hand refurbished cabinets, counters and freezers to the independent sector, and share the profits with the retail end users we work with.
