We undertake projects of all scales and we believe in the value of design, we ask that our client's share this view. As a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Chartered Practice we follow the RIBA Plan of Work, essentially taking a project from initial briefing to concept design, planning permission, detail design/specification and building regulations, and continuing our involvement when the project is on site to monitor progress and quality. Although we'd obviously prefer to be involved in a project from inception to completion we are happy to undertake feasibility studies only, take projects to planning only, or indeed picking up projects with planning permission already and develop them for construction.
