Neil has a degree in construction management and economics and a Masters Degree in business administration, specialising in service delivery and customer care. He started his career in 1983 as a building inspector for Sheffield city council and has had many roles including building surveyor, estimator, quantity surveyor, contracts manager and building maintenance manager. Prior to 2006 he was managing director of a construction company. Ben is highly proficient in producing CAD drawings, and is able to quickly make changes to plans during client meetings.
I've used Neil on 2 occasions - once for a loft conversion and the second time for an extension and rearrangement of adjacent rooms. He has been excellent and not only knows his stuff but has many useful contacts which may be of help to people at least in the Sheffield area. The builders had no issues with his plans and neither did the council building department with anything either. so 10/10 on the two sets of plans he's done for me.
