James Partnership Cardiff was founded in 1992 by a husband and wife team of Architects and specialises in Education and Community projects and residential extensions. The Practice has become established for its quality of work and high standards of personal service. The Practice provides a comprehensive range of consultancy services in Architecture and Project Management and can provide a complete service from inception to completion of a project, or provide a partial service if preferred. Both directors have been involved in a wide range of Architectural Works ranging from large commercial, industrial and education and community schemes to individual residential projects and residential extensions.
James Partnership Cardiff has been appointed as Architects for some large refurbishment projects in South Wales. These include the external refurbishment of University and College Buildings, a Church refurbishment and the refurbishment and extension to a large Miners' Institute. As Architects we have gained valuable experience whilst working on the schemes illustrated on the following pages.
James Partnership has designed a large range of residential schemes, many of which are in the Cardiff and South Wales area. These range from large individual house designs to smaller residential extensions. As architects we can tailor the service provided from a simple 'plans drawn' service to a full design package. The basic 'plans drawn' package would provide drawings suitable to submit for Planning and Building Regulation applications. Alternatively we can provide a full Architects service from inception, feasibility, preparation of design proposals, preparation of full detailed production drawings, submission of Planning and Building Regulation Applications, obtain competitive tenders, prepare contract documentation and monitor the progress of the works on site.
