RJD Associates (North West) Limited is an established CDM consultancy and architectural design practice. The company is based at Padiham in Lancashire and we offer our services both locally and nationally. We are construction health and safety risk management professionals that have been involved with the CDM Regulations since their original implementation, initially as Planning Supervisors under CDM 1994, then as CDM Co-ordinators under CDM 2007, and now as CDM Advisors to Clients, Principal Designers and Principal Contractors to assist them in complying with their duties under CDM 2015.
We specialise in the design of new residential dwelling houses, including one-off plots and small residential developments. We have a wide-ranging design architectural portfolio that includes new build industrial, commercial, office & retail schemes, refurbishment projects, listed building and conservation area work, barn conversions and domestic extension & conversion schemes. We employed RJD Associates (NW) Ltd three years ago for our housing development on Industry Street and we are currently using their services again for our present new build in Rochdale.
