Established in Burnley in 1999, we operate throughout the North West of England, successfully completing a wide range of building projects from sympathetic barn conversions in the Lancashire Ribble Valley to contemporary apartments in the heart of Manchester. Providing a complete 'concept to completion' capability, our experience includes undertaking projects in both the residential and commercial / office property sectors with an industry recognised expertise in working on Grade II Listed Buildings.

A project undertaken to the Code for Sustainable Homes guidelines, this small development in Whalley consists of 4 modern three bedroomed townhouses, built for a Housing Association for the Help to Buy programme. Wherever possible we maintain original features of the building and reuse existing material on site for the main structure, including external stonework, main roof trusses and purlins, support beams and decorative features, ensuring that the essential character of the building is retained - and avoiding 'issues' with the planning authorities!
