Trusted Architects Creating Bespoke Design Solutions
Crockard Building Design has been delivering architectural excellence for nearly 25 years. Our practice combines artistic vision with technical expertise to create spaces that meet client aspirations while harmonizing with their surroundings. With a foundation built on extensive experience from Belfast architectural practices and formal education at Queens University Belfast, we approach each project with a versatile methodology tailored to unique briefs. Our commitment extends beyond functional design to enrich environments through sensory architectural solutions. We prioritise sustainability by evaluating materials, systems, and construction impacts on both immediate sites and broader ecosystems. This holistic philosophy has enabled us to successfully execute projects ranging from modest renovations to multi-million-pound developments across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Our principal, Ian Crockard, established the practice in 1993 following professional formative years in Belfast. The team consistently delivers site-specific designs that respect contextual urban or rural landscapes while maintaining rigorous technical standards. Through initial concept development, planning approvals, building control compliance, and site operations, we maintain continuous client engagement to transform aspirations into tangible architectural achievements.
