Services
Building Design
We create tailored architectural designs for residential and commercial projects using industry-leading software. Our process involves client consultations, hand-drawn sketches, and digital visualisations to ensure designs reflect client needs while complying with regulations. Our emotive design approach balances creativity with practicality to deliver functional spaces that enhance user experience.
Planning Applications
We manage full planning application processes including pre-application consultations and submission. Our expertise covers householder, full, and outline planning permissions, conservation area consents, and listed building applications. We work with local authorities to address policy requirements and secure approvals, including preparing supplementary documentation like flood assessments and bat surveys.
3D Visualisation
Our 3D visualisation services use advanced software to create immersive project representations. This includes virtual reality walkthroughs and 3D printed models that help stakeholders understand spatial relationships. These tools aid in design validation, public consultations, and marketing efforts by providing tangible visual references throughout the project lifecycle.
BIM Services
We implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) to enhance project coordination and reduce errors. Our BIM process creates intelligent 3D models that align plans, eliminate contradictions, and generate accurate construction documentation. This digital approach improves collaboration across project teams and supports cost-effective, efficient project delivery.
Expert Witness
Our expert witness service provides impartial architectural assessments for legal cases. Led by David Darkin, we offer technical analysis of construction disputes, compliance reviews, and court testimony. We maintain objectivity while delivering detailed evaluations of design standards, building regulations, and project documentation to support legal proceedings.
