We wanted to make you aware of an issue that may be affecting you. Our hosting technology provider (Amazon Web Services) has notified us that they are experiencing major availability issues across the UK. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as soon as we are able.
We are working away from home and fully available during normal working hours. We feel very fortunate to be working in the tech sector where productivity and programming continue regardless of where we work from. The overwhelming feedback so far is that our team is enjoying getting out of bed at 8:59am and being at their desk (or kitchen table) for 9am.
In light of current measures to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that ISArc is operating as normal. As a software company we realise this may be easier for us than for many others.
