Booked a 9-12 time slot one month in advance of appointment. Day before received message to say the call would be the latter end of time slot, fair enough I though, 11-12 perhaps. No such luck! At 12.30 I called the office, was told he was a little late and would be with me by 1pm. At 1.30 I called again, spoke to manager who told me he had no id a where Oli was, they were really busy because customers all leave it too late now n the season to get their chimneys swept. Seemed oblivious to the fact they booked the visit so busy or not they knew what was on!

Sweep finally arrived at 1.50. Conversations with head office very unsatisfactory. Sweep apologised and got on with the job but my whole day now wasted. I have learned two things, one is to gave my chimney swept in the summer next year and two, never to use Millborrow again.
