Fresh and Clean Services is a family-owned business that has been in operation for 39 years. We provide professional office cleaning services to clients in the North Hampshire and Berkshire areas, and our office is located between Basingstoke and Reading. We have around 150 sites in our client base, including all types of commercial offices and premises that require cleaning on a daily or regular basis. We have built our business on providing excellent customer service, so do not need to tie customers into long-term contracts, although we are happy to work to a contract if required.

We clean all commercial windows, inside and out, on a monthly or regular basis as specified by the customer. We use pure water fed poles and can clean windows, glass, signs, atria, skylights, canopies and facades up to 65 foot in height. For deep cleaning of carpets where the dirt has penetrated the carpet pile, we use the Hot Water Extraction method. This uses a hot water pressure rinsing system and wand, with active pre-spray chemicals. In heavy traffic areas which need to be cleaned quickly and regularly, we use the Bonnet method.

We take great pride in the level of service we offer our customers and work hard to offer a tailor made service that meets their specific needs. Once we have this information we are then able to provide a clear and detailed quotation reflecting our professional cleaning schedule for each individual customer. Once we start working with a customer we provide dedicated cleaners to work in their offices. We also make sure our staff work closely with our supervisors when they first start so that they are familiar with the cleaning schedule and adhere to it.

In addition to our professional office cleaning services, we can also provide high quality janitorial products at competitive prices. In addition to supplying janitorial products we offer a complete management service for the client. We monitor stock levels, top up supplies and deliver and store stock in a designated storage area. It is our policy, wherever possible to purchase supplies from sustainable sources and the majority of our liquid chemicals are biodegradable, all of our aerosols are CFC free and a high percentage of our paper products are manufactured using recycled paper.
