We are experienced in all aspects of Window Cleaning, High Level Window Cleaning and Cladding Cleaning including cradle work, abseiling and a wide range of access machinery. 100% pure water is supplied within our own sign written vehicles which can be heated for a more efficient clean. We use a highly efficient self powered gutter clearing system which reaches 50ft whilst working from ground level. By using pole mounted vacuums we can easily reach & clean up Gutters without the expense of scaffold towers or the use of ladders.

With our solar panel cleaning technology, you can be sure that your solar panels are cleaned and maintained safely and effectively by professional operatives. The solar panels will stay cleaner for longer when purified water is used as chemicals and detergents leave a thin layer of sticky residue. Solar panels are relatively fragile, you cannot stand, lean, or put much pressure on them. Our long telescopic poles with soft brush heads safely maintain the solar panels, whilst not applying too much pressure.

Our cladding cleaning is much more cost effective and gets far better results rather than the expense of re coating, repainting the cladding, or pressure washing. We specialise in cleaning and restoring building facades and cladding on industrial and commercial buildings. Not only does this enhance the appearance of the building, but this treatment will increase the lifespan of the cladding system and reduce ongoing costs for facilities managers and building owners. The exterior of many industrial and commercial buildings are partially or completely clad with either aluminium or steel construction panels.

Gutter Clearing is a major part or our workload and we currently do this for various Companies all over the UK. All our staff are fully trained and experienced in using the Gutter Vac Cleaning System. We use a manufactured self powered high level gutter clearing machine that removes all dirt and debris from the gutters. It also clears the wet sludge which is impossible to clear by hand which sits in the bottom of the guttering. This system leaves the gutters completely clear, clean and dry. This system enables the gutters to be cleared in the safest possible way as the operative's feet do not leave the ground and also eliminates the need for access machinery as our system reaches up to 50ft.

This system uses 100% pure de-ionised water which evaporates without leaving smears or spots on the glass and doesn't use chemicals or cause environmental damage. All our vehicles are fitted with a hot water system which will provide heated water to site for a more efficient clean. The Reach and Wash system is a very safe and cost effective way of cleaning windows and facades at both high and low level. With the Water Fed Pole system used by SKS Window Cleaning Ltd, poles can reach up to 70ft, (approximately 5 or 6 storeys high) whilst the operative stays at ground level.

The Pressure Washer will clean any surface effectively without the need for chemicals or damaging the surfaces.
