Absolutely superb, I made the initial call as my 93 year olds outside toilet was leaking and not flushing properly, I spoke with Joanne ( the plumber's wife) and she was excellent, she arranged for him to call the next day, I explained that she lives alone and that she is deaf and cannot hear the doorbell, her carer is with her from 9.00am to 1.00pm, so he needed to be on site between those times, the following morning at 10.00am he arrived, identified the problem and changed the faulty part, resolving the issue. The price he charged was not unreasonable and I thank them sincerely for their excellent service.
