Elliott's Heating & Plumbing Services was established by me John Elliott way back in 1987 after having first undertaken the old style apprenticeship followed by working for a plumbing then a heating company plus a boiler servicing company. After about 15 years I began to offer a complete building and renovation service, having more building knowledge and continued training/education (including an HND & Masters degree in construction management) and after having been in the construction industry for over 17 years.
We have a wide experience working in sports and leisure facilities, schools, youth clubs, churches, doctors surgeries, offices and shops. We have designed and installed the heating and hot water supplies to sports facilities, such as the Beckenham Cricket Club and Old Wilsonians Sports Club, where the demand of numerous showers running constantly for hours without running cold or loosing pressing were successfully achieved and continue to please the club members. Installing larger heating systems to very large domestic or commercial properties, often with multiple linked boilers has also been carried out on numerous premises, as well as modifying and updating systems to be more comfortable and/or incorporate better control systems to reduce running costs.
For over 15 years, we have diversified our services offered to include whole house/property renovations as a one stop shop to project manage all trades and labour to transform your home to the home of your dreams. Obviously we would undertake all of the plumbing, heating, gas, bathrooms, wet rooms, cloakrooms, kitchens, renewables and insulation. Once a total cost is agreed, we can then take all, of the worry and stress away from you, coordinate all the trades to achieve your dream home on budget and on time.
Either single zone for a small room extension or multi-zone for several rooms, the whole floor or the whole house/flat, we can design and install a wet piped low temperature under floor heating system to suit your needs. Electric UFH is not the same, it is cheap to buy in kit form, quick and cheap to install, however very expensive to run. We only recommend the electric UFH for small areas such as kitchens or bathrooms when used with a programmable thermostat, so that it is only operated for short periods as and when in use.
If you are contemplating having your old tired looking bathroom transformed into your dream bathroom, shower room or even into walk in wet room, then you have come to the right place. A correctly installed bathroom, shower room or wet room should give you many years (if not decades) of worry free and leak free service. However to get a quality long lasting trouble free dream bathroom will cost typically cost around £5/10,000 plus VAT. Our average complete bathroom refurbishment costs £5,000 plus VAT but includes building and plumbing/drainage/waste materials but excludes the cost of your chosen sanitary-ware, tiles, shower, taps and accessories.

John is brilliant! He spent just over 6 weeks in our house completing as many jobs as we could find for him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and can complete lots of jobs that often fall between the cracks of trades. We had him install the boiler in our last place. We found Elliott’s Heating and Plumbing Services online. We contacted John and he arranged to see us the following day. John was punctual, efficient & knowledgeable and we were very happy with the work that was carried out. We had a couple of teething problems with the product initially (a new thermal heat store), however this was a manufacturing issue, as opposed to one of workmanship. John was quick to help us rectify the problem and returned on numerous occasions to assist. He always fitted us in at the earliest opportunity and for this we felt he was very reliable. He was great at explaining the options and the new equipment following installation, and we felt at ease throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Elliott’s Heating and Plumbing and will certainly use them again in the future.

John was just excellent he came round and surveyed for the work, quoted for the work and then very quickly ordered all the necessary parts and installed them once they arrived. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. His work is quick, he makes the minimum of mess and noise and then cleans up after wards. I cannot fault his workmanship or professionalism and I would recommend him 100%

I seriously cannot recommend Elliott's enough! We've had jobs carried out by them twice this year and I'm so impressed and grateful! Johnny goes above and beyond, he really is very good at his job and very accommodating!
We had smart meters fitted yesterday by EON and they reported a small gas leak, below the threshold but they still turned off the gas. Being heavily pregnant and it being right before Christmas I was worried I wouldn't find anyone to sort it out for us. I called up and Johnny managed to kindly fit us in that evening and sorted everything out quickly!

We normally use another person to service our boiler, however he was unavailable. We looked on the internet and found Elliotts Heating, Plumbing and Building Services. The company had fantastic reviews so we contacted John Elliott.
John arrived punctually and proceeded to carry out the boiler service, checking all that was required including our underfloor heating. We mentioned that sometimes we feel chilly where he proceeded to explain how to use the underfloor heating controls correctly. We have been here over 3 years and it is the first time any engineer has explained this to us. So thank you very much John. We will definitely use this company again and can thoroughly recommend it to others.

Our regular plumber was unavailable to carry out a boiler service, so we trawled the Internet for a reliable plumber.
We booked John Elliott from Elliotts Heating and a Plumbing Services after reading his reviews and we wasn't disappointed.
John was punctual, professional and carried out the service for our boiler.
He even went and explained how to correctly use our underfloor heating system, the first engineer to do so after we said we were often chilly.
