Euan and his colleague was so professional, I bought a new house and by chance I called him to see if he could come in the week, he called me back after 5 mins even though it was at 8pm and he was in my house by 11am the next day. The carpets look brand new, and even showed me all the dirt removed. any issues he always kept me informed but Im so happy and the price was a bargain. But I hopefully use his services in the future or if anyone needs their carpets cleaning I would 100% recommend
