If you are not completely happy with our service, then please inform us using any number in your Welcome Pack in order that we may remedy the situation. We always guarantee the quality of our cleaning. All staff are animal appreciators and are often asked by clients to help with pet care, feeding and letting out the family cats and dogs. They also take any deliveries inside, can provide on-site ironing services, bring in washing if it starts to rain and will water plants, feed fish and keep an eye on the house when clients are on holiday.
