Gas Call Services was started by Mike Donnelly, our Managing Director, in 1996. We have grown since then to become a leading provider of domestic, commercial and renewable heating installations, servicing and maintenance. Our specialism is working for social housing providers and our services are currently provided to 100,000 residents throughout the UK. We provide a full range of services to both domestic and commercial clients. Working from 11 locations throughout the UK (Aberdeen; Dunfermline, Fife; Glasgow; Liverpool; Canterbury, Folkestone, West Yorkshire, Northampton, Southampton and Tyne & Wear.), we operate a 24/7/365 service, with a dedicated contact centres that co-ordinates our customer response.

We understand the importance of having heating and hot water systems that are reliable while providing you with warmth and comfort. We offer a range of boiler and heating installation services to suit your needs and budget. Upgrading to a modern, energy efficient boiler should result in energy cost savings. We can also install and service gas fires and cookers. Warmfix [include link] offers you "peace of mind". We will help you avoid the unexpected costs of boiler repair. A Warmfix contract costs just £180 (including VAT) per annum and you can relax knowing that if something goes wrong with your boiler, especially in the winter, you are guaranteed professional help and advice within 24 hours.

We successfully complete over 100,000 servicing and repair visits each year. Ensuring that the central heating systems within social housing are kept in good working order and fully compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements is of considerable importance to social housing providers. In addition to the obvious imperative of resident health and safety, failure to ensure that properties have valid safety certificates may result in prosecution for the senior staff within a housing organisation and increased scrutiny by housing regulators.

Social housing landlords have a responsibility to ensure that both health & safety standards and regulatory requirements are met within your properties. To assist you with this, we have a specialist electrical installation services team which delivers high quality and safe work. All of our electrical installation engineers are accredited to industry standards with all work complying with IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition (BS 7671). We deliver a range of projects, ranging from small jobs, such as installing a distribution board, to larger jobs like rewiring a complete housing estate.

We have significant experience in installing, servicing and maintaining commercial heating and hot water systems. Our clients include national housing associations with dispersed sheltered housing sites; student villages; commercial properties and community centres. We understand how important heating and hot water systems are for both landlords and businesses. We can provide quotations for both installation and servicing and maintenance for non-domestic heating systems. Our installation service also includes design and system advice, accompanied by information on how to use the new system efficiently to help achieve the optimum cost savings.

An increasing number of clients are interested in renewable technology options for their housing stock. We have developed our renewables expertise to provide both consultancy and installation & maintenance services. We work with clients to understand their residents and preferences as well as the physical housing stock. Our engineers are trained in ensuring that residents understand how to operate their new technology to meet their heating and hot water needs.

We carry out over 2,500 central heating installations each year - the majority of those for social housing providers. However, we also install into privately owned domestic and commercial properties. We provide a start-to-finish service which can begin with advising on the most appropriate systems taking into account both budget and customer / property considerations. With a key focus on the health & safety of the customers and our staff, our installation process is designed to minimise disruption for the residents.
