This company should be reported to the gas safety board, for shoddy and unsafe work, cutting corners and hiding it, with no regard for the consequence to their customer.
They fitted copper pipework to my waste condensate line, even a novice like me can google and know that condensate is acidic and copper pipe should not be used. Look at the attached picture for the state of the pipe and that pipe runs across my house. When I called them, they refused to speak to me about it, being incredibly unprofessional. Use them at your own risk.
