We had many issues with Trinity as an agent and as our building factor. I advise to avoid them, we faced lack of professionalism, rudeness and actions breaking the law. They let themselves and their contractors into our flat without our permission or knowledge on few occasions. After moving out they made it very difficult for us to get our deposit back. It took 3 months and Safe Deposit Scheme intervention in order to do that. I am relieved we are free of them now!
