Heatcare Oil and Gas Ltd have been offering a wide range of services for both commercial and domestic properties for various Registered Social Landlords and Insurance Providers throughout the North East of Scotland and beyond for two decades. Heatcare Oil and Gas Ltd started off as a small local business back in 2000 carrying out reactive gas maintenance repairs and servicing on a handful of properties and since then the company has grown annually to become the success it is today now being able to offer an all trades service which includes Gas Service Repair Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, Joiners, Painters, General Labouring and Building work in all domestic and commercial properties.

We are able to offer both one off boiler replacements and full central heating installations so whether you require a new boiler or would like to upgrade your heating system we have you covered. On average we install 600 full heating systems and boiler replacements on a yearly basis, most of these are for our Social Housing Clients as instructed but we do also carry out installs to privately owned properties both domestic and commercial. Our surveyor will carry out a pre survey in preparation to all installations taking place, during the install there will be continued on site supervision and when the install is complete a quality check will be carried out where customer feedback is greatly appreciated.

Our services are currently supplied to over 26,800 properties throughout Scotland, employing over 60 fully qualified tradesmen and office staff to ensure the best possible service is provided to all of our residents and clients. Boiler Breakdowns and Landlord Servicing By law you are required to carry out an Annual Gas Service and Safety Checks on all Gas Appliances to make sure the system is operating both safely and efficiently. Our breakdown service various for each client however we treat all calls the same and try to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
