Our plant areas are full to brimming with a stunning array of quality, specially selected plants and whether you are visiting Tenterden, Canterbury, Folkestone or Hamstreet Garden Centre you can be assured the plants you buy are of the highest quality. Our centres stock everything you would expect from a trusted, reputable garden centre from bird care, garden sundries and gardening tools to a comprehensive range of imported garden furniture, quality cane conservatory furniture, gazebos & fire pits.

As family owned and operated garden centres, community and knowledge are at the very heart of what we do. Our Director Edward Boult purchased the site, home to our first Centre, Tenterden Garden Centre, in 1999 and has been driving the business forward ever since. We believe in supporting local and UK businesses as much as possible, from locally sourcing produce for our Coffee Shop & Restaurants to working closely with UK nurseries and growers, to select the very highest quality plants & shrubs for you.

Originally a cut flower nursery and farm shop, the family owned business has operated as a small independent garden centre since the mid 1980's. Since 1999 the Tenterden business has expanded enormously and now attracts over 100,000 visitors to the garden centre every year. Tenterden Garden Centre is located three miles along the Appledore Road (B2080) outside the beautiful market town of Tenterden in Kent, with views across the Romney Marsh and to the Isle of Oxney. Tenterden Garden Centre stock a wide range of quality plants from shrubs to roses, herbs to seasonal bedding plants, complemented by garden sundries, gardening tools, bird care, gifts, conservatory furniture, cane furniture and garden furniture.

Previously the home of McFarlane's World of Butterflies & Garden Nursery, our team battled to bring the expansive site back to life just in time for the May Bank Holiday. Many of the sites original features have been retained and when combined with our dedication, product quality and customer care we hope to be a popular addition to the local area. Folkestone Garden Centre opened in 2016 as sister site to Tenterden Garden Centre and Canterbury Garden Centre, Herne Common. As family run, independent garden centres, community and knowledge are at the very heart of what we do and we hope to become an integral part of the local community in Swingfield, Folkestone as we are in Tenterden and Herne.

Built on the success of Tenterden Garden Centre, Canterbury Garden Centre opened in 2009. The Centre's spacious and modern layout is complemented by an excellent team of local staff with strong horticultural backgrounds and upholds the exceptional levels of service, knowledge and presentation that we have become renowned for. Stocking a wide range of quality plants, garden sundries, garden tools, wild bird care products and giftware, Canterbury Garden Centre is everything you would expect from a reputable retailer.
