Adam joined Millbrook in January 2015having worked in the garden centre industry for some time. He previously managedour Staplehurst site and is now Gift Buyer for all three Millbrook centres. When we asked Adam what is different aboutworking for Millbrook, this is what he said It's feeling like you're part ofa family, you work alongside the owners and feel you own your area of thecompany. I can share this sense of ownership with the team. The training anddevelopment opportunities I have already received make me feel highlyvalued.

If the opportunities advertised below are not for you then we always welcome applications from people with previous Garden Centre, Retail, Catering or Sales experience who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Please note that we will only respond to speculative applications by email, therefore please ensure this is included on your application.

I attended the animal encounters and start of spring day on Saturday with my 2 boys. It was a lovely afternoon, even in the snow! Along with animal encounters there were crafts for the kiddies & face painting. We hope to see a return of amazing animal world soon, couldn't rate it enough.

Just wanted to say thank you! We had booked onto the 2pm half term activity this afternoon but unfortunately my little boy isn't very well and so we were unable to come. Having rung and spoken to someone (sorry I'm not sure of the ladies name) they kindly put all the bits for the activity (painting and planting a ceramic bird pot) aside in a box for my mum to collect so we could still do it at home another time. Fab customer service, and a happy little boy. Thank you!

We went there yesterday 02_09_2016 for a snack and a mooch around, we were greeted ver well and the cafe was really nice, very polite staff, I had a bacon and egg sandwich with a pot of tea and my wife had a bacon sandwich and a cup of coffee, brown bread that was wonderfully fresh, the bacon was excellent and the egg fried just how I like it, and a fantastic pot of propper tea, we then had a look around the shop, very pleasing and the staff very helpful. If we lived closer we would come more often.

What's new?

We love Hellebores - and so do the early bumblebees (Bombus pratorum) These early-flowering blooms bear rich nectar and lots of pollen, making them an instant hit for hungry pollinators at this time of the year!
