I came into the shop today to buy 2 second hand Windows, there were 2 out the back which were perfect for me. I was told that a member of staff would be in touch within the hour (by 12, lunchtime). After 3 phone calls from myself (each time being re - assured that a member of staff would call me back, but never did) I spoke to Nick who told me that a price would not be available until next Monday (one week from today). Is this really the way to run a business? I want to buy your product but you don't know how much to charge. Ridiculous!
