Acrylic Doors
Our acrylic doors combine modern aesthetics with durability, available in multiple colours and finishes. Each door is precision-cut to bespoke dimensions, ensuring seamless integration with existing layouts. The moisture-resistant properties make them ideal for high-traffic kitchens, while the sleek finish provides a contemporary look that complements various interior styles.
Carcass Manufacturing
We produce rigid 18mm MFC carcasses with PVC edging and adjustable shelving. Base units include service voids for plumbing, while wall units feature hidden brackets for secure installation. All components undergo rigorous quality checks, ensuring structural integrity and longevity. Custom dimensions accommodate non-standard spaces without requiring infill panels.
Vinyl Door Finishes
Vinyl-wrapped doors offer moisture resistance and a choice of over 50 finishes, from supermatt to gloss effects. The one-piece construction prevents warping in humid environments like bathrooms. Clients can select from contemporary shades like Indigo Supermatt or classic woodgrain patterns to match their interior design preferences.
Worktop Production
We supply 28mm and 38mm laminated worktops in lengths up to 4100mm, available in 600mm and 900mm depths. Bedroom worktops feature bullnosed edges and matching laminates, while kitchen countertops use high-wear resistant surfaces. All worktops are shrink-wrapped for protection during transport and installation.
